Finance Manager
Kathy is responsible for oversight of all financial operations of the MCBA, MCBCFE and MCBF. She handles human resource functions and office management. Kathy is responsible for the DEAFund, Lawyer Succession Registry, and job postings. She serves as liaison to the Lawyers for Learning, Fee Arbitration and Professional Performance Committees. Susan Hearn
Membership and Events Coordinator
Susan is responsible for database updates, membership outreach and dues processing, and event and CLE registrations. She also works with Liz Novak Henderson on various governance duties for the MCBA Board of Trustees and the Foundation Board of Directors. Contact Susan:

Liz Novak
Chief Executive Officer
Liz serves as the chief executive officer of the association, focusing on various strategic initiatives and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MCBA, CFE, and the Foundation. She also oversees the association's membership renewal process and member benefits as well as communications.

Tara Wilke
Receptionist
Tara answers the main phone line and direct calls and visitors to the appropriate person or Lawyer Referral Service website. Her hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. She also assists the Chief Executive Officer with other projects as needed.
