Summary

The ethical guidelines that govern attorney behavior in New York are ever-evolving, and attorneys must stay informed to both optimize their practice and avoid professional consequences.  Join us as we examine the bar association ethics opinions, decisions of the Appellate Division, and articles that explore and evidence the evolution of ethics issues in 2025 and early 2026.

This CLE is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. Newly admitted attorneys must attend the live program to earn credit in this category.
