Summary

The program will walk attendees through the defense of a DHR/EEOC complaint with discussion on the various stages of the proceedings and some tips for each stage, advising clients throughout the proceedings, and how to analyze and approach various strategical concerns, there will also be discussion on recent changes in New York law regarding the statute of limitations and some legal standards for DHR complaints; the learning objective is to prepare attorneys for the practical aspects of defending clients in DHR and EEOC proceedings.
