Summary

Join us for a panel discussion about the municipal review process from the viewpoints of attorneys who regularly represent the interests of the developer, the municipality, and local citizens groups. Panelists will discuss a hypothetical development project and how they deal with issues that arise from their respective client’s positions. Represent developer clients? Curious about municipal law? Do you own property located in a Village, Town, or City and are concerned with a project that has been proposed? Then this program is for you.
