Mediation in Surrogate’s Court in many ways differs from mediations conducted in other courts. Join us for this CLE and hear the Hon. Christopher Ciaccio discuss the mediation process in Surrogate’s Court and go through the differences between Surrogate’s Court mediation and mediation conducted in other courts. During this program practitioners will learn important information about how the Surrogate’s Court mediation process is conducted to help better prepare themselves and their clients for their next mediation.
