Summary

This program will provide attorneys with an introduction to pre-petition representation of parents who are under investigation of CPS and need the advice of an attorney, but who have not yet been brought into court on an Article 10 proceeding. How to guide your client to appropriate resources and what is available to you, the attorney, to assist an at-risk family.
