You will hear from experienced ESI practitioners and eDiscovery experts on commonly encountered ESI litigation issues and will learn about the strategies and tools that can be employed to avoid falling into ESI traps, and instead use electronic discovery to your advantage.

This CLE is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. Newly admitted attorneys may not earn Skills credits via on-demand programs as of January 2026.
