The program is FREE to all registrants and will address the value of mediation for dispute resolution, the basics of the mediation programs in our local state and federal courts (including how to be approved as a panel mediator), common mistakes made during mediation and how to avoid them.

This CLE is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. Newly admitted attorneys may not earn skills credits via on demand programs.
