Summary

The prevalence of technology and its ever-changing nature is presenting new challenges to litigators.  Understanding digital evidence from investigations, to subpoenas, discovery, suppression and witness examinations is increasingly becoming a critical aspect of courtroom practice. 

The MCBA CJS proudly presents a Program designed to broaden practitioners' understanding of digital evidence, how to conduct an investigation, utilize the evidence and litigate its admissibility. 

The All-Star Faculty will present a comprehensive Program on the various mediums of digital evidence, including mobile device forensics, cell site location data, video evidence and social media evidence.
