Summary

There is a new flexible spending option for financial planning for individuals with disabilities. This program will introduce the New York ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) Act and explain how to implement ABLE accounts in your clients' lives and estate plans. It will also compare ABLE accounts to traditional Supplemental Needs Trusts and discuss the impact of guardianship on both.
