Summary

The presentation will provide an overview of conflict principles, the applicable rules of professional conduct, and the situations in which practitioners confront potential conflicts. The speakers will discuss the duties of a lawyer in a firm, procedures for checking conflicts, and how to resolve conflicts once they are identified. Hypothetical scenarios will be examined and audience participation is encouraged.
