Summary

Estate planning is especially important for LGBTQ people who experience significant legal, social and familial challenges because of their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and familial structures. Join us for a thoughtful panel discussion on how to most effectively and respectfully advise and represent LGBTQ clients in the estate planning process. We will cover mindful communication and best practices when working with LGBTQ people, the core documents essential to estate planning, and provide interactive illustrations of how to navigate the intake process with LGBTQ clients.
