Summary

This program will focus on the identification, retention and use of experts for litigation and trial purposes. Insight will be provided on the need for experts in certain areas of civil practice, identification of potential experts and methods for retaining their services. Also discussed will be the process by which experts are disclosed during litigation and presented to the court and jury as witnesses during a civil jury trial.
