Summary

This program will review the second round of legislation regarding Payroll Protection Program loans. The new legislation includes expanded eligibility allowing 501(c)(6) organizations to obtain PPP loans. And it offers existing PPP borrowers to obtain a second PPP loan. It also provides a new forgiveness application for small loans. Panelists will also review the deductibility of business expenses paid with PPP loan proceeds and examine changes to the employee retention tax credit.
