Summary

In this 2-hour CLE program, The Court of Appeals Today: Toward the Wilson Court, Albany Law Professor Vincent Bonventre will explore the flux of decisional and voting patterns leading to and including the current Court under Chief Judge Rowan Wilson. This session will examine pivotal rulings that demonstrate the changing jurisprudence of the Court and provide insights into recent decisions that are invaluable for understanding New York’s highest tribunal and for today’s practice before that and other courts throughout the state.

This on-demand CLE is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. Newly admitted attorneys must be present during the live program to earn credit.
