Summary

This program co-sponsored by the Environmental, Municipal, and Real Estate committees will be led by an experienced and diverse panel of SEQRA practitioners who will briefly touch on the history and basics of SEQRA before diving into case studies and examples, discussing key lessons learned and best practices in this evolving, unique, and complex area of New York practice.

As of January 2026, this CLE is appropriate for newly experienced attorneys only. Newly admitted attorneys must earn skills credits in person.
